I’m so sorry for taking so long to post something! Shortly after my last post, my grandson was born and I have been spending all of my free time with him and my granddaughter. I know this time will go by quickly and I don’t want to miss anything! Here’s a pic of Kaya and Kingston 😊
So I wanted to list some of the jobs I’ve had lately so you can get an idea of what I am working on and able to do.
Office/Admin:

filing/paper organization of mail and documents both personal and business (I have used both a traditional filing system and a binder system)

paying bills and setting up payment schedule

making phone calls, coordinating meetings, setting up accounts, etc.

packing and mailing packages
Catering/Party

party planning and extra hand at events
-
creating balloon arches and towers
-
bartending, food prep and kitchen clean-up
-
food transportation and serving at large catering event
-
grocery runs
Organization
-
pantry and spice cabinet clean-out and organizing
-
general kitchen organization
-
clothes closet clean-out and organization
-
shed organization and more garage organizing
-
packing and labeling bins and organizing in attic
-
general room rearranging and organizing
Interior Design
-
decorating 3 study rooms at a church with new furniture and artwork
-
painting walls and bookshelves
-
putting together furniture
-
shopping for items my clients need and sending them options and purchasing anything local
-
coordinating carpet installation from picking up samples to clearing floor and meeting with the installer
Miscellaneous
-
family help: getting kids to activities pick up/drop off

tutoring ESL with first grader from France
-
pick-up from mechanic
-
posting items on Craigslist, Facebook, OfferUp for pick-up

researching items and posting on eBay and/or Etsy
-
cat-sitting, watering plants, picking up mail for clients when out of town
